中心擁有精準醫學的核心技術：基因體測序和生物信息學分析系統，可以執行各種困難的疾病和癌症的診斷和分析。為了服務更多患者，臨床應用級基因組檢測部門應運而生，不僅通過了美國臨床病理實驗室（CAP）認證，而且還開發了全外顯子基因體檢測以分析各種困難的疾病和癌症。整個外顯子基因體檢測是中心的核心技術。它可以檢測大約20,000個蛋白質相關基因的序列。由於85％的疾病與蛋白質相關基因密切相關，因此該檢測可以檢測到人類中約85％的疾病,對於檢測未知疾病具有最佳益處。結合中心內的生物信息學，它可以為臨床醫生提供最完整的分析，提供疾病原因和有效的治療建議。
