His expertise includes: corneal transplantation and treatment of keratopathy, keratoconus, corneal dystrophy, corneal opacity, keratitis, and corneal ulcers. The ocular plastic surgery is conducted mainly to treat ocular diseases on the exterior part of the eye, including ptosis, trichiasis (inverted eyelashes), nasolacrimal duct obstruction, etc. Dr. Chiang has served in our hospital since 2001 with a wealth of experience in clinical treatment.
